Scientific Evidence on Dates and Water

As in my previous Article on Spirituality and Science I had mentioned how Science and Spirituality goes Hand in hand, How Quran Reciting has its own benefits on Physical Level, Mental Level and Spiritual Level.

Let’s discuss something more to aid in Faith of Quran and Khuda Ta’aala and his abundant Creations and then how we follow our Master our Mola TUS in his Guidance through the light of Faith we see through him. How he helps us to ease our Physical pain as well Spiritual pain lets speak on this in simple ways with some scientific proofs.

When we read Quran we see the most fundamental Matters, Allah Ta’aala describes how he has created the Earth, Heavens and creations in between both. He describes about Satan(Shaitaan) he also Describes about every Prophets (Peace be upon them),it is also revealed how the life is a test in this world and how we have to return to  our Real Home that is in the Hereafter. He has even described Heaven and Hell and had warned many a times to his people about the wrong doings and its consequences.

In addition to these basic issues Allah Ta’aala has showed different Signs in Quran for his believers, through these signs are for those servants who can look at the Quran with eyes  of the Heart and Good Conscience- The Inner sense  of what is right or wrong, who can grasp the Radiance, the glow and its messages of the Quran.

The Subject I would discuss would be one of the Hundreds or Thousands of the Miracles of the Quran. As we had Discussed Science and Spirituality are door and gates to each other, Scientific Developments and advance progresses proves the extraordinary nature of His Creation the Almighty in the most perfect way…As mentioned earlier Science is just his small “Sifat”, The More that people of good inner sense gets these knowledge deepen in science, the more they are amazed by His Creations and artistry. Knowledge of Quran and Deepen in Science grows faith more and more coz we witness his Omniscience that is “All”.

Let’s come to our Main Topic of today’s discussion that is “Maa Maryam and the Birth of Isaa AS.

Allah Ta’aala has fully supported Maa Maryam throughout her Pregnancy while she was alone, it is a very difficult task for a woman to give birth all alone without medical assistance, it becomes life threatening if one is alone with no help. But “He” who is all just is more enough to have anyone, Khuda Ta’aala helped her through Revelation while she was alone with her Labor Pains, Allah Ta’aala told her not to grieve and that he has placed a stream below her feet and that she should shake the Date Tree where she had sheltered herself towards herself in order to get fresh dates to eat. He also told her to drink the fresh water from the stream and delight her eyes from it.

Maa Maryam withdrew from her society as per Allah’s instruction to have peaceful environment which is very important for delivery, so that she should not be hurt by their behaviors and who could not witness the miraculous situation of her. This shows one must surrender to Allah in whatever situation coz there is a wisdom in every situations. For Doctors tells women in pregnancy period to have positive outlook and avoid negative situations and sadness, which Maa Maryam acknowledged through Allah’s wisdom.

Then Khuda Ta’aala revealed her to have fresh Dates,

Today Science knows that dates are considered to be food and Medicines for the Human Body for its wellbeing and Continuing Health.

Dates contains plenty of Digested Sugars that gives body an energy for heat and movement which quickly raises Blood Sugar levels. It help tissues and nerve cells develop and are beneficial to weak and exhausted people coz of their high caloric value.

Modern Science finds dates benefits women who are almost ready to give birth, Doctors advice pregnant women to take Fructose containing foods on their due dates ,for such foods provide energy to revitalize the body having effect on the milk hormones and helps women body produce milk and also increase the volume of milk.

This information reveals wisdom in Allah’s revelation to Maryam AS.

Another point worth discussing that stream created by Allah Ta’aala and his advice to eat and drink. Scientist found that one can survive on dates and water for years as it contains all necessary essentials for human life, as water contains Oxygen which is a Life Machine to any…And Dates contains various vitamins like Sodium,Potassium,Calcium,Magnesium,Fiber,Iron,Sulphur,Phosphorus etc. Also it is rich in fiber, fats, and proteins and it helps in preserving body’s water levels too.

It contains Iron which is important for pregnant women which prevents anemia and regulates Blood’s RBC balance important for Baby’s development. Its calcium and Phosphorus helps develop bone structures.

Scientist says that dates reduces stress and tensions, its magnesium is important for kidneys and meet all human body’s requirements. It also contains Folic acid important for pregnancy helps in forming new Blood cells, Folic Acid helps developing cells’ genetic makeup division which should be double during pregnancy and dates plays vital role in this.

All of these information on dates reveals His infinite wisdom he revealed to Maa Maryam in her crucial time thereby eased her child’s birth.

Now Allah Ta’aala created a stream beneath her feet, Water like dates eases Labor Pains and regulates Muscle’s Tensions. Water regulates body Temperature and supplies Oxygen and removes waste Matter from the cells. And ensures healthy movements of joints, skin moisture, and digestive system and protects tissues and organs. Water also helps in reducing pains. Women needs plenty of water during Breast Feed to produce Milk. We see that more of the milk is of water. So Water stands Important for pregnant Women.

Now Last point to be noticed that Maa Maryam shakes Date Tree towards her in her Labor pain as per Allah’s instructions.

Here Doctor says that pulling something toward oneself during labor pain can have positive effect on Muscles, to ease the pain.

Thus our Master our Mola Tus always gives us Blessed Dates and Water before birth journey begins, for he knows the deep wisdom of Allah Ta’aala that we witnessed in this article.

Thus proves once more how Scientific facts reflects on Creations of him and connects the Miraculous System of Allah Ta’aala for that reasons we always should try to learn and research to become aware of what is all around us. For a single tree, a leaf or even a seed itself is enough for us to witness his glory and existence .But for the person with his inner wisdom and knowledge can see the extraordinary beauty and artistry in his every minute details by way of science as a inner wisdom and appreciate every efforts and details of Allah Ta’aala on Earth on Heavens on Sky and for this Allah Ta’aala has made Science an extraordinary obligatory for all believers, and this our Mola TUS knows it and keeps advising each of us to follow him in Deen and Duniya to reach our real Homes that is Hereafter….
