Emotions don't play large part ,it is the only cause for all troubles and it is actually A very Heavy Gravity force which pulls you down again and again to come play your role every time.If u over come your emotions and learn your lessons you will be free from worldly  bondage and might never come back on life.Might never get ill,or have any deadly Diseases like Cancer,Diabetes,Stress,Nervous Stroke,Heart Problems etc.... Over Come your Emotions in Love ,Hatred,Anger,Jealousy, Competitions...and many more . Anything that is Extreme is always harmful and stuck you in emotional river ,so be in flow, Learn the process of Forget and Forgive. Be Neutral ,Just Be. Durratusharaf

Beautiful 3 dark bunches of clouds hiding behind trees, with awesome colorful sunset...........Mark various colors on sky each minute with the same scenario,how fast the colors and scene changes in nature then why we grudge if people changes....?It changes coz, its in nature.....nature changes so we....changes brings in variations,and variations makes life beautiful and interesting ,the way nature seems interesting with so many colors.Accepting changes is accepting situations,Learn to accept,and have changes and variations to move on.

Angelic Clouds

I could mark two wings in clouds & a long tail behind which gave me a view of a bird first, then a thought poped up...is it an angelic view??? This view started growing and then I could only see one wing larger in size on my window , might u all could mark too or may be only my view...

It changed with in a minute , isn't it a miracle of our Lord...He's a beautiful painter , who paints sky, earth , mountains, living beings and finally Humans...We all are his creativities which he keeps changing and moulding every seconds, every minute, everyday and this how life keeps going . so change is obvious nothing is constant like these clouds , and that's he's system, System of Universe.....

As if Boiling sun is poured with beautiful soothing air and making it cool and embracing it with soft lights , removing it's tiredness and exhaustion through out the day.Likewise we do with our beloved ones who comes back home exhausted and tired , we embrace them with Love and softness and try to make them comfortable after scorching hard day...and energized them with our care.
Nature does same and we learn from nature..isn't it?

Process of Forget and Forgive

“Forgive and Forget”
To Err is Human BUT to
Forgive is Super Human….
This phrase we often use it in our daily life, But do we actually implement it? Do we actually Forgive and forget things, People which are not important in our life?
To forgive is the utmost process, your freeing yourself from a burden you carrying on you, without your knowing.
How would you know that you have actually forgiven someone? 

You will think of that person or talk about him/ her and notice that it doesn't hurt anymore-
>(you don’t feel angry anymore). The aching emotions are gone. You are not overpowered by the person anymore, and can concentrate on other stuff. Instead of either over-eating or starving, you are eating normally. Instead of either yelling or becoming hyper, you are normal and at ease. You are yourself once again. 

When you forgive others, you gain yourself. You reconnect with your own self, your true Soul”
which is YOU.
You have to learn to unlearn the negativeness of the situations and learn to Love the situations”
Learn to Forget and Forgive Process in your daily life, before you go to bed evaluate yourself with what you did the whole day .Things done were correct, were important, for your growth,
for your soul ,for your mind, for your Body. The topic you chose for the day was right or important, or the person you spoke to day may be one hour, one minute or a second was important, did that person or conversation had impact on you. If yes then start your forgetting and forgiving process with the person and yourself.
Why during night time we do this process? Coz while sleeping we get connected to our Sub Conscious Mind .A Mind with utmost powers which again gets connected to Supra Conscious Mind and the messages we input while sleeping is being transferred to Sub conscious and
then supra conscious which then is connected to Universe .And this is how we deposit our thoughts in a deposited Vault forever, which is not erased and becomes default system to us.
So before you go to bed always remember to make a habit of forgiving and forgetting things and people and do ask for Forgiveness from people to whom you may have hurt and then forgive people who have hurt you….
Learn to be loved and like everyone from the bottom of your heart, Coz no people are bad it’s just the situations makes it bad ….Remove the situations and not people from your heart

Mountainous Clouds

Isn't our Mountainous and plateau regions look alike this clouds ?Then should we assume we have same designs and patterns on Earth as we have on other side or Upper Atmosphere or Sky....whose Creator is same and One.Our Lord has designed  Heaven, then he designed our Planet as same ....He wanted us to remain same as we were before, in Upper atmosphere ....we are Eternal souls from upper Atmosphere have come to experience the Human Body on Earth. Heaven and Earth when joined ,combined becomes A Human with Lively Soul or a Soul with Human body.....When one sees upper Atmosphere , Sky will also see Earth, Ground, Mud....from which a soul wears it's Body and finally Body goes back to Mud to become Soul and ascends Heaven ....Do we assume that everything is Interconnected?

Cancer

“CANCER” Cancer is increasing …. It’s the disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. Now lets learn how does this happens. What do we think that Cancer happens in a day or month or in a year….It’s a disease on Mind and not on Body ,A mind which is affected by heavy emotions, a deep grief ,a deep hurt which has happened long time before but have placed itself in an inner mind of a person ,which is travelling with the one who has become the victim of it unknowingly. When a person is diagnosed with a Cancer it is said that cells have become abnormal and are mutated or dividing uncontrollably, have we thought as why this happens? Why Cell Mutation takes place? It happens with a person who is victimized due to Heavy Emotions in life,which  mostly   happens due to 3 basic Cause  - A Relation Problems (any relation) ,Domestic Violence, or Abusive Childhood . These basic problems are not aroused in a day or month or a year but keeps accumulating in your cells as a an emotions which results in Stress or Depressions .Now these emotions pressurize your cell which cannot breath a normal Oxygen  and those emotions in turns Mutate the cell and cell becomes abnormal instead the cell has to die it multiplies and starts working abnormally ,then it may be in any part of the body, if the emotions are deposited in stomach its stomach cancer, if its deposited in chest ,its Breast Cancer ,normally we see we have heavy emotions buried in chest area more ,we carry our past events with us through our chest ,or if one have an abusive childhood ,say the person’s father was too strict or teacher was too strict, the victim carries that fear in his stomach. Fear is always seen in stomach, we often say I have butterfly in my stomach when u get scared of something. If a person has relation problems in life it gets accumulated in your chest or brain thus those emotions tear apart that particular part of body and cell of that part starts working abnormally coz it lacks oxygen. Lack of oxygen happens coz that time we do not concentrate on our Breath or we fail to  intake enough water or liquid.Have enough Oxygen through Breath and water. Oxygen when enough given to cancerous cell it stops working in abnormal way and cell gets repaired .But for this Doctors and Victim has to work together. Victim has to learn to neutralize their emotions and be in flow with the situations, no matter what situation arises emotions has to be under control. Sometime in Relationship we starts loving a person more than others that too much Love is also causing you heavy emotions which are no good for human body to consume, or a person hates or dislike someone on extended level is even no good coz its again a Heavy emotions hovering around the cell to make it abnormal.   Cells are a form of energies which makes Human Body survive, but when Heavy Emotions are are carried , cell stops working coz it’s not getting enough space to breath . So Emotions are nothing but Heavy Gravitational force which pulls you down, stops you evolving. Control Emotions, Neutralize your Emotions, Neutralize emotions of Love and Hatred, Excess Love also becomes a heavy Emotions ,  and it affects  cell to progress, so (It means attachments to something and someone affects our cell system ,so make it neutral and detach yourself from too  much attachments). Reduce your Heavy emotions, which stress out cells and make them negative, through which problems arise,Disease makes their way to be in. Cancer can be treated by victim himself if he controls life through Emotions; cancer is nothing but Emotions which are being carried through three basic reasons which are Abusive Childhood, Relation Problems, or Domestic Violence. Cancer patients should not worry of cancer diseases and should not be scared of it; instead they must go through it and defeat the emotions, to defeat cancer. Ask your Doctor to check your Emotions and YOU, cancer will be treated on its own.. One must find out the  history from past and try find out why this happened or what are its root cause, it will be definitely one of these basic reasons for the cause, try revive the life handle the situation in a neutral way which will help one to balance the mental level. Then have lot of breathing exercise which will help inhale healthy fresh air which carries Oxygen a pure Energy which would help repair those broken cell of the body part. Also have lot of water again which is a pure Energy and carries Oxygen again for the cell to breath and repair itself if the level of oxygen is balanced in Body and Mind ,it keeps you healthy no matter whatever the situation is. Love all equally, coz when we differentiate Love, we differ emotions .and Emotions pulls you down. Love to Human is a Mirror of Love to Allah Taala, The Almighty…. Love to every Human is a Total of Allah Taala’s Love. It Gathers and reaches to Allah the Almighty, so it means that Allah’s Love is being reflected when you Love each Human beings created by him as a Mirror image. Love should not be differentiated by making less or more to any ,one should love  evenly to all, and that’s how it remains in flow and  this makes u happy and balanced and keeps you away from problems and inconvenience, coz you treating everyone evenly, all are same for you created by the Creator ,and this how Illness will become less and people will have healthy life, coz then Heavy Emotions will not float,  and  cells will not be degenerated or broken ….. Be in a flow, Just Be…. Silence is Power

Silence is Power and Peace “It is truly said that Silence is Golden”. Silence the word itself is peace and if one is at peace has all powers to listen. Silent and Listen makes up same letters.. This is a powerful indication that silence is an important part of listening more effectively. If we learn the skill of silence, we also have improved our listening. We can listen to our own selves which we never do it, or never bother to do it.Through Silence we can have gain over words, thoughts, mind, in fact Gain oneself. Silence is interconnected to power and Peace. One has to be silent through their difficult time.to understand the situations he’s going through, be patient and calm, it gives more power to understand the various aspects of situations, listen to your heart at that time, and one can listen to his heart only when he is silent from within, listen to your Lords whispering or giving you answers to your problems in silence, in peace .When u get connected to your lord in silence you have all powers, to gain any success. You have a better understanding of the context of the situation. You can then make better contributions to the issues aroused. Being silent at first gives you added information. So Silence is Power no doubt. To be silent means to be in power.. Be quiet, do not question yourself and do not force yourself for everything, quietness is power and replies you everything, Be quiet, Be patience and be Power, Stop seeking every one’s attention and be in yourself learning yourself in silence, peace which is within our self, we do not need to find outside. Coz when we are paused silent we are in touch with our sub conscious power which is powerful than conscious. So subconscious is peace and power and it is only gained when we are in silence. To be in power one has to untie the unnecessary knots of relations, which helps your mind to relax more, make your relations with your Lords which will helps to close your outside chatter box and, allows you to discuss your problems to your Lords and Masters and become independent, Prayers gives power, how? Because prayers are done in silence. 2) During your difficult time one has to be balanced between peace and power, For example Moon and Sun, though Moon is calm and quiet and peaceful, but it is more powerful than sun. Because it shines in Dusk and spread its light in darkness, During day time sun provides light, that’s a fact, but when there is no light, no power, that time Moon is powerful to give light, to show path through its simplicity in silence and peace ,That’s Moon’s characters which makes Moon more powerful and stronger to enlightens when it is dark.,. This means do not make noise & be in silence and then shine and then be powerful. Moon symbolizes that power no doubt Moon is powerful than sun Coz when sun is not around to give it’s light moon takes care.Be like moon, Quiet and powerful. Practice silence on your own by spending 15 minutes a day in Meditation. Personal quiet time reinforces the value of silence. It helps you learn the self-discipline of being quiet instead of talking; a way to enhance yourself is to be silent. So be Silent and empower your Potentialities.. Love Durratusharaf

An article on relationships:
How do relations connect with each other?
...Lets take an  example of day and night relations related to Life n Human
Just as day and night are related to each other,  so is night related to the moon, stars, peace and rest. Day is related to  Sun, Resources and sources.One recieves rest at night,  so does one recieves resources and sources during the day.  Just as moon and stars are related to the night and sun and resources are related to the day.So when this night and day is related to eachother  ,these, , moon, stars ,Sun and resources gets related.Just like that mother and father get related. Mother is related to night, just as you receives rest and peace at night, one receives peace and rest from mother. Likewise Father gives Resources and Sources so he relates to Day. That’s how Human is formed (Here mother is compared to the NIGHT and father is related to Day. And just as day and night relates, so are mother and father relates – that’s how a relation is created) and that’s a chain system (I could see the chain). 


Likewise when a day and Night relates, it forms  a one day,  then days form a week and weeks form a month then a year that’s how Life is formed, And if there;s no night, there is no day and vice versa. The chain breaks if one doesn't exist (I could see the chain broken). .Just like day and night relates one has relation with  Mother and father, if one of the parent is not there, the chain gets broken.Same way Earth and sky are also relates to one another. Like the night and mother,  earth gives one peace and rest and gives Motherly Love and Sky gives Resources like the day and father,  sky provides one with resources. Like a father the sky provides one protection and Fatherly Love, and like the mother, the earth provides one peace and tranquility. The sky and father is Power, whereas the mother and earth is Peace and tranquility. Thus peace and power Relates to each other . There is no power without peace and no peace without power…. This is Relation of Power and Peace, and when these both Meets in harmony it reaches Almighty  ( so it means Moon stars Night realting to Mother relating to Earth .which has same quality that is Peace, Tranquility ,Rest other side Sun,Resources ,Sources ,Day related to Father relating to Sky, Heaven which also has same quality to give to their kids fatherly love and Power Finally when it meets gives Peace and Power in whole …..This is Relations in whole).Me: If the sky and earth are one., if god only created Earth and Sky, then why have humans divided the earth,  wht have they created borders? why are there terrorists? why are they  fighting for land and border?  Who are these Terrorists?Reply: Terrorists are those people who are deprived of relations in their life. Just like sky and earth relates we have relations, and either can’t exist without the other, if one isn't there then the chain breaks.  It’s this void in relation that creates a terrorist. When one starts realizing this void, terrorists will seize to exist. When the sky and earth meet, it completes a relation and thus paves the way towards Almighty. This void in relation has to be mended in order to reach Almighty. The time for change has come, The New Age has begun. This is the age of peace, during this age borders on lands will collapse, and will become one, Almighty has created only land, Its Humans who have created borders, this age will change, borders will vanish, Lands will become One, and will meet Sky, Heaven. Humans/Man will merge with Almighty the Ultimate Source. When this will happen, people will merge almighty these differences and partitions will vanish, and Immigrations systems will be finished. It’s these differences and Partitions gives birth to Terrorism. Earth Is related to Sky so earth, Land is one Terrorist brings Differences ( cos they are divided in Relations with their own people or parents)When these differences will vanish so will terrorism and so will the borders. Everything and everyone will become one, connected and related to Supreme Power Almighty….

Spirituality and Science

Spirituality ,Religion and Science.
Science ,Scientist ,Allah ,God,Spirituality ……Are they different to each other?Or these are inter connected? Lets speak about Science and Spirituality in a very simple words.
Spirituality is the door to Science and Science is again a door to Spirituality.
Einstein Quoted: “Science without Religion is Lame, Religion without science is blind”.
Where does this science comes from?
If say Leonardo –Da –Vinci ,he was an artist ,Scientist, Researcher as well.If one say I need to be an artist and Scientist both ,then why not can we be both? Why we restrict ourselves if we can achieve both?
Likewise Science and Spirituality need not be thought as separate; they both need each other like a Blind and Lame.Science is not different from Allah Ta’aala, but Science is just a part of him.
Scientist like Einstein ,Galilleo and Leonardo Da Vinci never went out in space for their Researches ,so if they got those inventions and discoveries done,it has done here on Earth, this Dimension. They lived in this dimension but worked towards higher dimensions.How?
They had to have the higher vibrations and ability to change frequencies so can achieve those knowledge from the creator.New Inventions or Research which are done only comes through higher dimensions.
So Allah Subhanahu is not through Science ….but Science is just a part of him.He who is Science and Technology  .Technology comes from these higher dimensions which we call A’alaa Aalam’.Science, Advance  Technology is a  miracle of Allah Ta’aala .
Now let look at this, when we recite Quran-e- Majid we connect ourselves to higher vibrations and even can change our frequencies ,if we are adapted ,or say when we use “Meem” or “Noon” Gunna or we do “Qalqalaa”,our inner vibrations  raises,at times we also feel tingling sensation on our eyebrows,that is our ability of sixth sense increases slowly,because when we do Gunna we concentrate on ‘mmm” sound or “nnn” sound that connects our pineal gland on forehead between eyebrows
Also when we recite “Allah” and Rasullah” as many times we feel relax….because when we speak Allah and Rasullah we intake breath first to pronounce it in a better way, in a scientific way we inhale Oxygen, when we end the word Allah we exhale out slowly ,that we exhale all toxins or negativities form  within.Similarly when we do Makharij we clean our throat, words like “Hey”Khe’ etc. coz we recite from our throat and we give extra effort to pronounce those huruf which helps our throat become more immune and strong, at times we  find if our throat is not in a good condition we won't be able to pronounce it ,it means its an alarm for our part that it needs cleansing coz ‘hey and khe’ removes stale energy from throat and we need clean and pure throat to recite quran. Also to pronounce these words we need our wind pipe to be clean and so we sit straight so that wind pipe remains align for the extra air that should be removed and fresh air to be inhaled properly and precisely.
So yes Science and Spirituality goes hand in hand,as more u recite quran more you become spiritual more your immune system becomes powerful and more your vibration rates increases.That is why Quran qirat is very important to life ,for physical level ,coz it increases our immune system and cleanse our body and drains out toxins and allows in fresh energies.On Mental level it raises your Sixth sensory power ,your mind relaxes coz you throw out toxins.,As well you grow spiritually and connects your Lord in a very easy way coz our vibrations raises and we become able to change our frequencies where our Mola  our Masters resides.
So there are many examples that proves Science is not different from Spirituality or religion. Science assumes Religions shows ….
