Ramadan is the month of Fasting ,fasting means Patience ,patience is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, we Muslims observe fast with utmost patience for 30 days which gives Patience to control our selves ,anger,worldly Lust,have control on Body Mind and of course Soul.
